New speed limits - Bentley/Frith End

Hampshire County Council proposes making a permanent Traffic Regulation Order imposing 40MPH limits with respect to the following currently de-restricted (National Speed Limit) roads:

(i) C98 Station Road / Blacknest Road / Frith End Road between a point 134 metres south of its junction with C70 (old A31) and a point 1125 metres north of its junction with A325 Farnham Road, an approximate distance of 3100 metres.
(ii) C203 Isington Road between its junction with C98 Blacknest Road and a point 222 metres west thereof.
(iii) C203 Station Road, for its entire length, an approximate distance of 515 metres.
(iv) Weybank, for its entire length, an approximate distance of 115 metres.
(v) C84 Binsted Road between its junction with C98 Blacknest Road and a point 264 metres west thereof.
(vi) C84 Bucks Horn Oak between its junction with C98 Blacknest Road and a point 100 metres east thereof.

OBJECTIONS: All objections and other representations in respect of this proposal must be sent in writing to the undersigned quoting reference:- C646/MB by 14 September 2012. All objections must state the grounds on which they are made. Persons wishing to make objections or other  representations are advised that in the order-making process, objections or other representations may become publicly available and therefore the names and addresses of those persons making objections or other representations may also be made publicly available.
